FISHER-PRICE WAREHOUSE
We provided complete engineering and construction supervision services for Fisher-Price to design and construct a 200,000 square foot addition to their plant warehouse in Murray, Kentucky. Design services include the design of over 500 tons of structural steel, reinforced concrete and masonry foundations, air handling system, lighting, sprinkler and civil. Project completion date, including construction, was eight months following notice to begin the design.
JAKEL, INC. - WAREHOUSE
Matrix performed the civil, mechanical and electrical engineering necessary to construct a 16,000 sq ft warehouse for Jakel, Inc. in Murray, Kentucky.
ASSOCIATED WAREHOUSE - 84,000 SQFT WAREHOUSE
Our design team performed the civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering necessary to construct a 84,000 sqft warehouse in Murray, Kentucky. Since the warehouse was outside of the city limits a propane heating system was required. A fire water tank and pump station was also required for the sprinkler system due to the warehouse’s remote location.
FISHER-PRICE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
We provided civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services in the design of a new addition to their existing facility in Murray, Kentucky. This addition is primarily used for receiving. Scope included some rather extensive civil engineering, as well as structural, mechanical, and electrical; including lighting, power, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
INGERSOLL-RAND SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
We provided civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services in the design of a new two-story addition to this plant in Mayfield, Kentucky. This 10,000 square foot addition houses a shipping and receiving area complete with 50-ton overhead crane.
